- If using Defensive End! BLITZ on an outside garden, it is not recommended to spray a lot of product onto the plant and then leave it for days, as plant leaves may be affected more adversely during times of extreme heat and cold. After use and a few hours have passed, it’s recommended to spray down your plants with water to rinse the product off. This should help keep the plant leaves from overheating from the solution as it dries and allow them to breathe.
