Instructions and Warnings for Use:
Shake bottle vigorously before and during each use. Spray directly on bedbugs that you discover, as well as their confirmed areas of travel on and around your bed, including mattress edges, seams, and crevices where your mattress sits in the bed frame. Spray under and around bed frame. Product may be sprayed sparingly on beds and bedsheets.
While it is generally regarded as safe (GRAS), and incidental contact with surface areas that you’ve previously sprayed will likely be tolerated by most people without incident or concern, avoiding direct contact with skin is recommended.
When spraying any surface with BLITZ, remember to use proper safety precautions, as the the product can cause areas to become slippery for several hours, unless cleaned up immediately.

Other Tips When Using DE! BLITZ
- If using Defensive End! BLITZ on an outside garden, it is not recommended to spray a lot of product onto the plant and then leave it for days, as plant leaves may be affected more adversely during times of extreme heat and cold. After use and a few hours have passed, it’s recommended to spray down your plants with water to rinse the product off. This should help keep the plant leaves from overheating from the solution as it dries and allow them to breathe.
- Remember that while it is a contact killer, the bug may not die immediately. There may be a period of 10 minutes to an hour before it’s confirmed eliminated. It takes time for the ingredients to work completely.
- Remember that the areas you spray will have a small amount of amorphous freshwater silica left behind. This is a light powder that forms a defense barrier and deterrent to a future bed bug or ant presence. This is why it’s good to spray the joints and intersections under your bed, like the bed frame and around bed posts. Do not allow infants, toddlers, small children or pets to loiter in the areas where product has been applied.
- It is recommended to clean up all areas you have sprayed once you are satisfied with the results. This will help to prevent potential slipping accidents on the floor and general skin irritation if you sprayed any areas on or around your bedsheets that come into contact with your skin.
